摘 要:以电化学方法在玻碳电极(GCE)上修饰聚苯胺(PAN)和层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs),得到PAN-LDHs/GCE。以该电极为工作电极,探讨了H_2O_2的电化学行为。结果表明,相比GCE和LDHs/GCE,PAN-LDHs/GCE对H_2O_2的电化学信号表现出良好的电化学响应。H_2O_2的浓度在为0.1μmol/L^2 mmol/L范围时,响应电流与H_2O_2的浓度呈现出两段良好的线性关系,相关系数R分别为0.9956和0.9985,检出限为35 nmol/L。将PAN-LDHs/GCE应用于湖水样品中的H_2O_2的分析检测,加标回收率为98.0%~102.0%,RSD为3.2%。PAN-LDHs/GCE可用于对实际水样中H_2O_2检测。Polyaniline(PAN) and layered double hydroxides(LDHs) were deposited onto the glassy carbon electrode(GCE) by electrochemical methods to form PAN-LDHs/GCE.The electrochemical behaviors of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) at PAN-LDHs/GCE were discussed.The results indicated PAN-LDHs/GCE exhibited enhanced electrochemical response to H2O2 compared with GCE and LDHs/GCE.Furthermore,the electrochemical response to H2O2 exhibited two parts of linear relationships with the concentration of H2O2,with the correlation coefficients(R) between 0.9956 and0.9985 and the detection limit of 35 nmol/L.PAN-LDHs/GCE was further used in the detection of H2O2 in lake water samples,with the recovery rate and RSD of 98.0%-102.0% and 3.2%respectively.The results showed that the obtained PAN-LDHs/GCE exhibited satisfactory performance in H2O2 detection of lake water samples.
