摘 要:基于2,6-二氯靛酚与烟碱的荷移反应生成红色络合物,以氯仿为萃取剂,乙腈为分散剂,建立了分散液液微萃取(DLLME)-微量分光光度法测定烟碱含量的方法,用于再造烟叶废水中烟碱的测定。研究了酸度、萃取剂种类及用量、分散剂种类及用量等条件对测定的影响。在优化条件下,此方法的线性范围为1~100 mg/L(R2=0.9996),检出限为0.42 mg/L。相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.5%(n=6),加标回收率为95.9%~102.1%。该方法可满足再造烟叶废水中烟碱快速测定的要求。Based on the charge transfer reaction of 2,6-dichloroindophenol with nicotine that formed a red complex,chloroform was used as the extractant and acetonitrile as the dispersant,we established the dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME) combined with microscopic spectrophotometry method for the determination of nicotine in reconstituted tobacco wastewater.The effects of acidity,the type and amount of extractant,the kind and amount of dispersant on the determination were studied.Under the optimized conditions,the linear range of this method was 1 ~ 100 mg/L(R2= 0.9996) and the limit of detection was 0.42 mg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.3% ~ 3.5%(n =6),and the recoveries were 95.9% ~ 102.1%.The method has been proved to be a simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and specific method so that it meets the requirement of rapid determination of nicotine in wastewater of reconstituted tobacco.
