摘 要:以铬皮为原料制备多孔炭,并考察其对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附性能,对其吸附机理进行了探讨。结果表明,体系pH、亚甲基蓝初始浓度和吸附时间对多孔炭吸附亚甲基蓝的能力影响较大。通过吸附等温线和吸附动力学研究,发现该吸附过程可用Langmuir吸附等温线来描述,且符合准二级动力学吸附模型。铬皮基多孔炭有望成为含亚甲基蓝污水处理的良好净化剂。Effluent discharged from industry usually contains large amount of organic dyes,which need to be treated properly to avoid environment pollution.Adsorption by porous carbon is an efficient way to purify effluent with dyes.In this paper,porous carbon obtained from chrome leather(CLPC) was prepared and used as an adsorbent of dyes.Its adsorption performance for methylene blue(MB) was investigated and the adsorption mechanism was studied.The results show that the pH value,initial concentration and adsorption time have a great influence on the adsorption performance of CLPC.For CLPC adsorption system,the adsorption data fitted well with Langmuir isotherm and the adsorption kinetics followed the pseudo-second-order model.Thus,CLPC can be applied as a good adsorbent to the treatment of industrial effluents contaminated with MB.
