摘 要:目的评价某大型综合三甲医院各临床病房医院感染管理的相对效率,为提高医院感染管理效率提供参考和依据。方法选取2016年1月-12月63个临床病房作为决策单元,运用数据包络分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)的产出导向型(BCC)模型及超效率模型对其相对效率进行评价和分析。结果 63个临床病房总技术效率平均值为0.939,纯技术效率平均值0.995,规模效率平均值0.944;21个临床病房纯技术效率DEA有效,占33.33%。结论非DEA有效的临床病房应当提高医院感染管理水平,促进其技术效率持续改善,DEA方法在医院感染管理领域具有一定的实践意义及指导意义。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the relative management efficiency of healthcare-associated infections(HAIs)for clinical wards in a large comprehensive grade-three class-A hospital,so as to provide reference and basis for improving the management efficiency of HAIs.METHODS Sixty-three clinical wards from Jan.2016 to Dec.2016 were selected to be decision making units(DMUs).The relative efficiency were evaluated and analyzed using BCC and super-efficiency DEA model.RESULTS The average technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 63 clinical wards were 0.939,0.995 and 0.944,respectively.The DEA of 21 DMUs was effective on pure technical efficiency,accounting of 33.33%.CONCLUSION The non DEA effective clinical wards should improve the management of HAIs to promote the continuous improvement of technical efficiency.The DEA method provides a strong practical and guiding significance in the field of HAIs management.
