摘 要:目的通过观察实验室模拟含氯消毒剂对物体表面的持续消毒能力,为医疗机构环境清洁消毒频次提供实验依据。方法参照英国国家标准PAS 2424:2014《无孔硬质表面定量评估液体化学消毒剂残留杀微生物能力的试验方法》,选用大肠埃希菌ATCC 25922为试验菌株,以不锈钢载体模拟无孔硬质物体表面,两个终浓度为500mg/L和1 000mg/L含氯消毒剂为试验组1和2,在载体上分别滴加试验组1和2溶液,放置20 min、40min、60min、90min、120min、150min后,分别添加试验菌悬液以测试两个不同稀释度试验组的滞留杀菌效果。结果两个浓度的含氯消毒剂在物体表面90min仍具有较强的杀菌能力;置120min后,稀释度为500mg/L组的杀菌率为70.29%,而1 000mg/L组则仍为100.00%;置150 min后,500 mg/L组的杀菌率为45.42%,1 000mg/L组的杀菌率仅为90.56%。结论含氯消毒剂用于环境表面消毒,其杀菌效果随消毒溶液干涸而逐渐下降,医疗机构在决定环境表面消毒频次时,应依据所用消毒剂的滞留杀菌效果而定。OBJECTIVE To provide the evidence for the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in hospitals by the laboratory simulation tests of the residual bactericidal activity of chlorine disinfectant on environmental surface.METHODS According to the British Standard PAS 2424:2014 named Quantitative surface test for the evaluation of residual antimicrobial(bactericidal and/or yeasticidal)efficacy of liquid chemical disinfectants on hard non-porous surfaces test method,the reference strain of Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 was selected,the stainless carrier was used to simulate the surface of non rigid hard objects,two disinfectants referred to team 1 and team 2 which the concentrations of available chlorine were 500 mg/L and 1000 mg/L and were added to the carrier respectively,and the residual bactericidal activity after 20,40,60,90,120 and 150 min were analyzed respectively.RESULTS The two concentrations of chlorine disinfectants had high residual bactericidal activity on the surface after 90 min.The residual bactericidal activity of 500 mg/L chlorine disinfectant was 70.29% when the disinfectant remained on the carriers for 120 min,while that of the 1000 mg/L chlorine group was still 100.00%.When remained for 150 min,the residual bactericidal activity of 500 mg/L chlorine group was 45.42%,and that of 1 000 mg/L chlorine group was only 90.56%.CONCLUSION The bactericidal activity of the chlorine disinfectant would gradually decrease when the disinfectant solution dried up.The hospitals should consider the residual bactericidal activity of the used disinfectant to determin the precise frequency of disinfection.
