糖皮质激素在幼年特发性关节炎中的应用

摘　　要：幼年特发性关节炎（JIA）中糖皮质激素的使用适应证为全身型JIA非甾体类抗炎药使用无效、合并巨噬细胞活化综合征、合并炎症性肠病、合并葡萄膜炎和活动性关节炎的关节腔内注射患者。长期使用糖皮质激素存在各种不良反应风险，需密切监测药物相关不良反应，严格控制其使用剂量和疗程，必要时及时联合传统和/或生物制剂缓解病情抗风湿病药物。Indication of glucocorticoid use in juvenile idiopathic arthritis （ JIA ） are ： non - steroidal anti - in- flammatol7 drug invalid systemic JIA, macrophage activation syndrome, complicated with inflammatory bowel disease, complicated with uveitis,intra - articular injection in patients with active arthritis. Due to the long - term use of glu- cocorticoids with various risk of side effects. It is necessary to closely regularly monitor the side effects of glueocorti- colds, strictly control the dosage and course, and add traditional and/or biological disease - modifying anti - rheumatic drugs in time.
