摘 要:通过比较分析K932MS中不育及可育花药不同发育时期的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性差异,探讨其败育的生理生化机制。结果表明,不育花药中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量在造孢细胞时期、花粉母细胞时期、二分体和四分体时期均显著低于可育花药,游离脯氨酸含量二分体和四分体时期显著低于可育花药;不育花药中CAT活性在造孢细胞时期显著高于可育花药,在花粉母细胞时期和四分体时期显著低于可育花药;SOD活性在花粉母细胞时期显著高于可育花药,在二分体和四分体时期都显著低于可育花药;POD酶活性在造孢细胞时期和四分体时期显著高于可育花药。造成K932MS败育的原因可能是由于不育花药中营养物质的严重不足,同时不育花药的CAT和SOD活性降低、POD活性升高,不利于花药的正常生长发育。Comparing the difference of the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein, free proline and the activeof catalase(CAT), superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) between sterility and fertility plant that from maizemale sterility K932 MS population,studied the physiology and biochemistry mechanism of K932 MS abortion. The re-sults showed that, compare with fertile plant, the content of soluble sugar and protein in sterile plant is significantlyless at the sporogenous cell period, pollen mother cell period,dyad and tetrad stage. At the dyad and tetrad stage,the content of free proline was significantly lower in sterile plant than fertile plant. At the sporogenous cell period,CAT activity was significantly greater in sterile plant than fertile plant, however, significantly less at the pollen moth-er cell period and tetrad stage. SOD activity in sterile plant was significantly higher than fertile plant at pollen moth-er cell period, but had the opposite result at dyad and tetrad stage. At sporogenous cell period and tetrad stage,thePOD active was significantly higher in sterile plant than fertile plant. In conclusion, the reason of K932 MS abortionmaybe the nutrients in sterile plant was insufficient seriously, meanwhile, CAT and SOD active in sterile plant wasdecreased, the POD active was increased, that were adverse to the development of anther.
