摘 要:采用三阶段DEA模型对吉林省西部不同兼业水平的玉米种植农户的生产效率进行分析并识别环境因素对兼业农户生产效率的影响,明确不同兼业水平农户的玉米生产效率的真实情况,揭示影响玉米生产效率的因素,提高吉林省兼业农户玉米生产效率并丰富相关研究成果。结果表明,环境因素和随机因素对不同兼业水平农户的玉米生产效率结果有所影响,其中户主年龄、耕地的地块数和家庭劳动力数量这3个变量均是玉米生产效率的不利因素,户主受教育程度是玉米生产效率的有利因素。调整后综合技术效率的排序为纯农业户〉Ⅱ兼农户〉非农业户〉Ⅰ兼农户。In order to find out the factors that affect the production efficiency of part-time farmers and improvetheir agricultural production efficiency, the three-stage DEA model was used to analyze the production efficiency ofmaize farmers with different concurrent level in the west of Jilin province and to identify the influence of environ-mental factors on the production efficiency of concurrent farmers. The results showed that, environmental factorsand random factors affect the maize production efficiency of farmers with different concurrent level; Among them,the age of head of household, the number of farmland plots and the number of household labor are all the disadvanta-geous factors of maize production efficiency, and the educational background of head of household is the favorablefactor of maize production efficiency. The order of the comprehensive technical efficiency after the adjustment wasas follows: pure agricultural households Ⅱconcurrent farmers non-agricultural households Ⅰconcurrent farm-er households.
