摘  要:目的:采用Meta分析方法,对含麦冬方剂防治放射性肺炎的疗效及安全性进行系统回顾。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、Cochrane对照试验,中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库中关于含麦冬方剂干预放射性肺炎的随机对照试验,并手工检索补充相应文献。采用Revman软件对符合标准的随机对照试验进行Meta分析。进行异质性检验及敏感性分析,潜在的发表偏倚采用"漏斗图"分析。结果:共纳入30项随机对照试验,包括患者2445例,配伍养阴益气,止咳化痰类药物最为广泛。含麦冬方剂可明显降低放射性肺炎总发生率及重度放射性肺炎发生率(P〈0.01)。提高放射性肺炎治疗总有效率及治愈率(P〈0.01)。并改善患者生活质量,缓解呼吸困难并降低炎症因子表达(P〈0.01)。均未报道出现与中药治疗相关的不良反应。结论:含麦冬方剂可有效防治放射性肺炎,且使用安全。Objective : To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of prescriptions containing Radix Ophiopogonis on radia- tion pneumonitis through systematic review and Meta - analysis. Method: Pubmed, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Database of China Science Periodical Database (CSPD) were searched. Related trails were also supplied by manual search. Randomized controlled trials (RCT) about effects of prescriptions containing Radix Ophiopogonis on radiation pneumonitis were included. Meta - analysis was performed using Revman software. Heterogeneity analysis and sensitivity analysis were calculated and the publication bias was detected by a funnel plot analysis. Results: Thirty RCTs (2445 patients) were included. Herbs for nourishing Qi and Yin and relieving cough and reducing phlegm were mostly used in compatibility. Radix Ophiopogonis - containing prescriptions significantly re- duced the incidence of radiation all - grade and high grade pneumonitis ( P 〈0. 01 ). The total effective rate and complete remission rate increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Patients' quality of life were improved. The dyspnea was relieved and inflammatory cytokines in plasma decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ). No adverse reaction was reported. Conclusion : Radix Ophio- pogonis - containing prescriptions significantly relieved radiation pneumonitis and were safety in use.
