摘 要:在水平固定管式炉上进行了不同浓度CO2/N2气氛下成型松木屑制备成型生物质炭的实验,考察CO2在成型松木屑热解过程中参与反应的转化率以及CO2对气液固三相产物产量和生物质炭特性的影响。通过对成型生物质炭的成型密度、孔隙结构、官能团、高位热值和元素含量的分析,确定了CO2对成型松木屑热解过程的影响机制、最佳气化CO2浓度以及最佳热解温度。结果表明:CO2的引入不仅促进羟基、甲基、亚甲基等脱落和芳环结构的开裂,进而促进了成型生物质热解,而且还促进了焦油的裂解和挥发分的析出,提升了H2、CH4、CO的产量,同时也降低了成型炭的密度和增大成型炭的BET比表面积。最佳CO2浓度以及最佳热解温度分别为10%和600℃,此时引入CO2参与反应的转化率达到最大值74.9%。The pyrolysis of pinewood columns molded by pine sawdust was conducted in the fixed bed reactor under CO2/N2-containing atmosphere. The yields of gases, tar and char were studied. The biochar briquette properties such as element, density, BET surfaces area, FTIR spectra were analyzed. The effect of CO2 content on the biomass briquette pyrolysis behaviors was studied in light of the experimental results. And the optimal pyrolysis CO2 content and temperature were determined. The results show that introducing CO2 enhances biomass pyrolysis by promoting cracking of benzene ring and fracture of hydroxyl, methyl and methylene groups, which promotes tar cracking and the release of volatiles and thus increases the yield of He, CH4 and CO. Furthermore, the density ofbiochar briquette decreases as CO2 content increases, while the BET surface area increases with CO2 content. The best conversion efficiency of CO2 during the pyrolysis is 74.9% in a 10% CO2/90% N2 atmosphere at 600℃, which is optimal pyrolysis CO2 content and temperature.
