摘 要:介绍了固-液复合铸造方法制备Cr12MoV钢-球墨铸铁双金属件,用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪对结合区的组织和成分进行了分析。结果表明:控制适当工艺,Cr12MoV钢与球墨铸铁可获得冶金结合,结合机制包括扩散结合和熔合结合,扩散结合的界面过渡区没有明显的碳化物,而熔合结合的界面过渡区有明显的碳化物和莱氏体组织。Liquid-solid composite casting of Crl2MoV steel-ductile iron was presented in this paper. The microstructure and composition of the bonded zone were analyzed by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS). The results show that the metallurgical bonding can be achieved between Cr 12MoV steel and ductile iron under the appropriate process conditions. The connection mechanism includes the diffusion bonding and fusion bonding. The carbide does not appear at the interface of diffusion bonding obviously; but many carbides and ledeburites precipitate at the interface of fusion bonding.
