摘　　要：概述了喂丝法球化处理工艺的原理、设备、材料及相关参数。介绍了某厂采用喂丝法球化处理工艺生产球墨铸铁的实例,改用包芯线工艺,产品质量得以保证,并降低了生产成本。The operating principle, equipment, materials and parameters of cored-wire injection nodularizing process for ductile iron were reviewed. The productive practice of the ductile iron manufactured by the cored-wire injection nodularizing process in a factory was introduced. The product quality of the factory can meet the requirements of customers and the production costs were reduced.
