摘 要:轻量化设计是汽车制造业发展的一个方向,塑料代替金属在汽车制造行业的比重不断增加,不少国家将汽车塑料用量作为衡量汽车设计和制造水平高低的一个重要依据。塑料注塑加工中每一种形式的进胶方案都有优缺点,任何一个方案的合理与否,本来就是一个相对模糊的表述,无法找到精准的界线加以划定,如何选取出优化方案值得研究。本试验以汽车横饰条为研究对象,基于模糊灰色理论对数个预备的进胶方案进行综合评价,找出其中的最优化方案。Lightweight design is a direction for the development of automobile manufacturing industry. The proportion of plastics instead of metals in automobile manufacturing industry is increasing. In many countries, the amount of automobile plastics is regarded as an important basis for measuring the level of automobile design and manufacturing. Every form of plastic injection in plastic injection processing has advantages and disadvantages. If any scheme is reasonable or not, it is a relatively vague expression. It is impossible to find a precise boundary. How to choose the optimization scheme is worth studying. Taking automobile cross stripe as the research object, based on fuzzy grey theory, logarithmic preparatory glue program is comprehensively evaluated to find out the best plan.
