摘 要:为了实现稠油井节能生产,运用传热学基本理论,建立并求解了油管电加热降黏举升工艺数学模型,较好地模拟出电加热井筒温度场变化,分析了不同加热时间抽油杆黏滞阻力及电机输出电流变化情况。在此基础上,优化了间歇加热制度,给出电加热自动启、停时的上、下限电流值确定方法。实施间歇加热后,单井能耗降低60.1%,实现了高耗电设备节能运行。油管间歇电加热方法为稠油井高效节能开发提供了新思路。In order to realize the energy saving production for the heavy oil well,with the help of the basic theory of heat transfer,the mathematical model of the viscosity reducing and lifting technology was established and resolved by the electrical heating oil tube,thus the changes of the temperature field of the heated wellbore were well simulated,and moreover the variations of the viscosity resistance and the output current in different heating time were analyzed. On the bases of the stated above,the intermittent heating system was optimized,the determining method of the upper and lower limit currents were presented for the auto start and stop of the electric heating device. After the intermittent heating,the energy consumption fell down 60. 1% for the individual well,which makes the high-power consumption equipment run with low-energy consumption. The electric heating method of the oil tubing intermittent heating has presented a new thought for the high-efficiency and energy-saving development of the heavy oil well.
