摘　　要：介绍了数字电动缸结晶器振动装置在国内全弧形双流板坯连铸机上首家成功应用的全过程。实现了低成本维修与运行。实现了装备升级及铸机开动率提高，实现了铸坯表面振痕深度改善。The whole course of the first time successful application of the digital electric cylinder mode oscillation device in the domestic full arc double strand slab continuous caster is introduced. Low cost maintenance and running, equipment upgrade, caster operating rate increase and slab surface os- cillation mark depth improving are realized.
