摘  要:由柑橘衰退病病毒(Citrus tristeza virus,CTV)引起的柑橘衰退病,对全世界柑橘产业造成了严重威胁。褐色橘蚜Toxoptera citricida(Kirkaldy)属半翅目蚜科,以非循回型半持久方式传播CTV,是CTV的最有效传播媒介。The feeding behaviors of Toxoptera citricida( Kirkaldy) on the CTV-infected( severe CTV isolate CTV14 and mild CTV isolate CTV11) and the health Citrus unshiu Marc. plants by electrical penetration graph( EPG). The results showed that there were hardly any difference in EPG parameters between the two infected plants,but the infected plants had significant difference than healthy plants. The number of probes and np,the total duration of E2 on healthy plants were less than the two infected plants. Otherwise the duration of 1 st probe and G,the time from 1 st probe to 1 st E and the time from start of EPG to 1 st E2 were longer. It was inferred that the infected plants can strength the feeding behavior of aphids,especially prefer ingestion in CTVplants phloem,so the probability of virus acquisition would be enhanced when T. citricida fed on CTV-infected plants.
