摘 要:针对管线焊接对口时的错口及管端椭圆无法调整等问题,提出一种大型管线内置对中系统,满足大型管线直径在660~990 mm之间的对中要求。以实现管线工程施工中管线快速和精确对接,能够使焊接前管线在十几分钟内实现快速精确对接,可以摆脱国外相关技术对我国管线施工的束缚。对不同涨紧方案进行比较,提出一种新型涨紧结构,并通过有限元软件Solid Works中Simulation插件对涨紧机构及其零部件的强度和变形进行分析校核,使其满足具体的工程要求,提高其稳定性和施工效率,为国内大型管线的施工建设能够快速高效地展开提供技术支持。Aimed at the problems of wrong butt welding of pipeline and oval pipe end to adjustment when the pipeline welding counterparts, a large pipeline built-in pipeline centering system was put forward to meet the requirements of the large pipeline diameter between 660-990 mm. The fast and accurate docking in the pipeline construction is realized, and the fast and accurate docking of the pipeline within ten minutes is realized, which allow to get rid of the constraints of the foreign-related technology to the construction of the pipeline in our country. A new type of expanding structure was proposed when compared with another. With the finite element module Simulation in software Solid Works, the analysis of the strength and deformation of the expanding structure and its components were worked out. So the specific requirements of the project can be meet, and the stability and efficiency of the construction is improved. Technical support can be provided for the fast and efficient development of the domestic large-scale pipeline.
