摘  要:以某乘用车备胎仓为分析对象,基于三维CAD软件对该备胎仓进行轻量化设计,主要包括对备胎仓进行拓扑优化及材料替换。接着采用有限元分析软件Hypermesh对两种轻量化方案的备胎仓进行有限元静力分析。在保证原有强度及刚度的前提下,通过拓扑优化后的备胎仓质量减轻了6.6%,通过材料替换后的备胎仓质量减轻了55.7%。通过综合对比,采取材料替换的轻量化设计方法综合性能优于拓扑优化。将替换材料后的备胎仓进行装车路试,进一步验证了有限元分析结果的准确性。实现了备胎仓的轻量化设计,为后续的备胎仓轻量化设计提供了新的设计思路。A passenger car spare tire warehouse is taken as analysis object, and the lightweight design of the spare tire warehouse was carried out based on 3 D CAD software, including topology optimization and material replacement. Then, the finite element static analysis of both original and lightweight car spare tire warehouse of two methods were conducted with the finite element analysis software Hypermesh. In ensuring the strength and stiffness of the original premise, the weight of the spare tire warehouse after topology optimization is reduced by 6.6%, the weight of the spare tire warehouse after material is reduced by 55.7%. Through the comprehensive comparison, the combination property of material replacement lightweight design method is superior then topology optimization method. And through loading road test for spare tire warehouse of material replacement, it further validated the accuracy of the finite element analysis results, and lightweight design is realized. Research results provide a new design idea for the follow-up of the spare tire warehouse lightweight design.
