围术期手术室护理与麻醉工作配合的重要性探究

摘　　要：目的探究围术期手术室护理与麻醉工作配合的重要性。方法 300例手术患者,均实施围术期手术室护理与麻醉工作配合实践,观察患者意外事件及麻醉并发症发生情况,统计护理满意度。结果 300例患者全部顺利完成手术治疗,且麻醉操作时间明显缩短了10~15 min。此外,所有患者没有出现任何意外事件及麻醉并发症。护理满意度为96%(288/300)。结论围术期手术室护理与麻醉工作配合麻醉效果显著,既可缩短手术时间,又可降低不良事件发生率及并发症发生率、提高患者及其家属满意度,临床应有价值较高,值得手术室推广应用。Objective To investigate the importance of perioperative nursing and anesthesia cooperation in operation room. Methods A total of 300 cases of operation patients all received perioperative nursing and anesthesia work in operation room, and their accidents and the occurrence of anesthesia complications and nursing satisfaction was observed. Results All 300 patients completed the operation successfully, and the anesthetic operation time was significantly shortened by 10-15 min. In addition, none of the patients had any accidents or anesthetic complications. The nursing satisfaction was 96%（288/300）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing and anesthesia cooperation in operation room provides remarkable effect, and it can not only shorten the operation time, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and complications, along with improving the satisfaction of the patients and their families. The clinical value is high, and it is worthy of the promotion and application in operation room.
