摘　　要：目的探讨超声诊断梗阻性黄疸的临床价值。方法对46例梗阻性黄疸患者术前常规超声检查,术后对照。结果根据梗阻部位、梗阻原因的不同,超声诊断的准确性不同。结论超声影像学检查简单易行,可以对大多数黄疸的梗阻部位和病因做出明确诊断,因此可作为首选。Objective To investigate the ultrasound diagnosis of obstructive jaundice and clinical value. Methods Totally 46 cases of obstructive jaundice patients before routine ultrasound examination,contrast them after operation.Results According to the site of obstruction,obstruction of different reasons,different ultrasound diagnostic accuracy.Conclusion Ultrasound imaging is a simple way,the majority of obstructive jaundice can be the site and make a clear diagnosis of the cause,it can be used as first choice.
