摘　　要：描述国际疾病分类ICD-11创建的目的、基本模型结构和章节的变化，分析其与ICD-10的差异，具有的独特优势和目前的进展阶段。ICD-11的修订与现代医学发展更加紧密相关，对于疾病的表达更加精细化，分类工具信息化，将更适用于医疗健康信息大数据的发展和利于全球医疗信息数据的收集和应用。The authors described the purpose of the creation, the structure of the basic model, and the changes in the chapters of ICD-11, and analyzed its differences with ICD-IO, as well as its unique advantages and current progress. The revision of ICD-11 is closely related to the development of modern medicine. It features more elaborate expression of diseases and informatization of classification tools, making it better fitting the development of medical and health information big data and facilitating the global collection and application of medical information data.
