摘　　要：目的研究分析鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术的效果。方法对51例鼻骨骨折患者行鼻内镜检查,内镜下行鼻骨塌陷处的局部浸润麻醉,鼻骨复位。结果鼻内镜下51例均可观察到鼻骨塌陷移位,4例伴有鼻中隔骨折。内镜下精确复位。结论鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术具有麻醉效果好、准确复位、鼻腔损伤小、恢复鼻腔解剖生理功能等优点。Objective To study the effect of nasal bone fracture reduction under nasal endoscope. Method The nasal endoscopy was performed on 51 patients under nasal bone fracture. The local infiltration anesthesia at the collapse of nasal bone and the reduction of the nasal bone were performed under the endoscope. Results Nasal bone collapse and transposition could be observed under nasal endoscopy in all 51 cases,with 4 cases of nasal septum fracture. The accurate reduction could be clearly seen under nasal endoscopy. Conclusion Nasal bone fracture reduction under nasal endoscope has the advantages of good anesthetic effect,accurate reduction,small nasal injury,and restoring the anatomy and physiology of the nasal cavity.
