颞骨骨纤维异常增殖症伴中耳胆脂瘤1例分析

摘　　要：骨纤维异常增殖症是一种起源于纤维组织的具有自限性的骨肿瘤。它主要发生在四肢、软骨、颅面骨和骨盆,很少发生在颞骨。治疗上需综合患者的主观症状、功能重建、并发症的预防、美容和其他因素。如无症状,我们可观察病情,若出现临床症状,则首先考虑手术治疗。Fibrous dysplasia is a kind of self-limiting bone tumor originated from fibrous tissue.It mostly occurs in the extremities,cartilage,craniofacial bone and pelvis,rarely temporal bones. We need to comprehensively analyze the patients＇ subjective symptoms,functional reconstruction,prevention of complications,beauty and other factors on treatment of FDB. If there is no symptoms,we can observe the condition,and prioritize surgical treatment when clinical symptoms occur.
