摘　　要：自发性扁桃体出血目前病因不明,临床少见,工作中常因症状不典型而延误诊治。本文报道三例考虑急性扁桃体炎引起的自发性扁桃体出血,根据病情急缓,保守治疗无效时可考虑手术,并予止血、抗感染等对症治疗。The etiology of spontaneous tonsil hemorrhage is still unknown. Although it is rare in clinical practice,it is common to be delayed in diagnosis and treatment due to atypical symptoms. In this paper,three cases of spontaneous tonsil hemorrhage caused by acute tonsillitis were reported. According to the patient condition,surgery was used when conservative treatment was invalid, and symptomatic treatment was applied,such as hemostasis and anti-inflammation and so on.
