摘 要:以29份萝卜资源或品种为试材,进行了莱菔子素、维生素C、可溶性糖、蛋白质及水分含量的检测,并对萝卜肉质根的营养品质进行了综合评价,对不同萝卜资源的品质性状进行相关分析。结果表明:各项指标在不同材料中的差异巨大,其中莱菔子素在不同材料中最大相差149倍;对萝卜根部6个表型性状和5个检测指标进行了聚类分析,在欧式距离为4.5处可将29份萝卜种质分为4个群组;利用模糊数学隶属函数法对肉质根的营养品质进行了综合评价表明,"枣庄小顶窝心""北京心里美""丰光一代"萝卜综合营养品质突出。29 radish varieties were used as test materials,moisture content,vitamin C content,protein content,soluble sugar content and sulforaphene content were evaluated,nutritional quality of radish root was comprehensively evaluated,quality trait of different radish resources were analyzed.The results showed that there was a huge difference in nutritional content among different materials,in which the content of sulforaphene was the largest difference of 149 times.At 4.5 Euclidean distances,29 radish resources could be classified into 4 groups based on 6 phenotypic traits and 5 test indicators.The subordinate function method was used to evaluate the nutritional quality of fleshy roots,and it showed that the comprehensive nutritional quality of‘Zaozhuang Xiaoding Woxin'‘Beijing Xinlimei'‘Fengguang Yidai'were outstanding.
