摘  要:营创三征(营口)精细化工有限公司自主完成电解槽改造设计工作,利用当年根据迪诺拉电解槽而设计的厂房,淘汰高能耗的原电解槽,没有经过土建改动,成功装入了北化机电解槽及附属设备。第1期电解槽改造工程从停车拆除旧设备到新设备安装、所有管道配接完毕开车,仅用了2个月零7天的时间,并且一次性开车成功。改造后的北化机电解槽电流送到9.5 kA、烧碱产量为2万t时的直流电消耗为1 959 kW·h/t。Ynnovate Sanzheng (Yingkou) Fine Chemical Co. , Ltd. has independently accomplished the design of electrolyzer renovation. The factory building which was designed according to the Denora' s electrolytic cell was used, and the original electrolyzers which consumed too much energy were eliminated. Without the alteration of the civil engineering, the electrolytic cell made by Beijing Chemical Machinery and the subsidiary equipment were successfully fixed. It only took 2 months and 7 days for the first-phase electrolyzer renovation project from the shutdown and dismantle of old equipment, the installation of new equipment and all pipes, to the commissioning. The first-time commissioning was successful. After transformation was made, the electrolyzers made by Bluestar (Beijing) Chemical Machinery Co. operated at 9.5 kA of current, and the consumption of DC was 1 959 kW·h/t for the output of 20 thousand tons of caustic soda.
