摘　　要：目的:探讨VSD敷料负压引流在不规则创面修复中的应用及临床疗效。方法:48例不规则创面感染患者随机分为两组,每组24例。治疗组采用VSD敷料覆盖创面、负压引流处理7～9 d,对照组采用常规换药方法处理创面。结果:治疗组10例痊愈,12例创面新鲜肉芽生长,好转,2例未愈。对照组5例痊愈,8例好转,11例未愈。两组疗效的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VSD敷料与负压引流对不规则创面的修复有显著疗效。Objective： To explore the application and clinical effect of VSD dressing negative pressure drainage in the treatment of irregular wound. Methods： 48 patients with irregular wound infection were randomly divided into two groups,24 cases in each group. The treatment group used VSD dressing to cover the wound and vacuum drainage for 7 ～ 9 d,while the control group used conventional dressing to treat the wound. Results： The treatment group 10 cured,12 cases improved with fresh granulation growth,2 cases ineffective. The control group 5 cases were cured,8 cases improved,11 cases ineffective. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： VSD dressing and negative pressure drainage have a significant effect on the repair of irregular wounds.
