半髋关节与全髋关节置换术治疗高龄移位性股骨颈骨折的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探索人工半髋及全髋关节置换术治疗高龄移位性股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:86例高龄移位性股骨颈骨折患者,40例进入半髋组,行人工半髋置换术治疗;46例进入全髋组,行人工全髋关节置换术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:半髋组的手术时间、术中和术后出血量均低于全髋组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全髋组患者的优良率高于半髋组,并发症发生率低于半髋组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全髋关节较半髋关节置换术治疗高龄移位性股骨颈骨折效果好。Objective： To explore the effect of artificial hip hemiarthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures. Methods： 86 elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures were enrolled in the study. 40 patients were admitted to the hemihips group and underwent artificial hip replacement. 46 patients entered the total hip group and underwent total hip arthroplasty. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The operative time,intraoperative and postoperative bleeding volume in the half hip group were lower than those in the total hip group（ P〈0.05）. The excellent and good rate of the total hip group was higher than that of the half hip group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the half hip group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Total hip arthroplasty is better than hemiarthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures.
