摘　　要：Sox(Sry-like high-mobility groupbox)基因家族所编码的Sox蛋白是一类重要转录调控因子,在胚胎发育和肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。胃肠恶性肿瘤中Sox基因的表达异常。Sox参与调控胃肠恶性肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移等功能,在胃肠恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。Sox protein encoded by the Sox（ Sry-like high-mobility group box） gene family is an important class of transcriptional regulators and plays an important role in the development of embryo and the development of tumor. The expression of Sox gene is abnormal in the malignant tumor of the stomach and intestines. Sox plays an important role in regulating the proliferation, invasion and migration of gastrointestinal malignant tumor cells,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal malignancies.
