摘　　要：贵州工业化所处阶段特征决定了工业绿色转型存在诸多不利因素的制约。面对挑战,只有将绿色转型与工业化所处的特定阶段紧密结合起来,通过机制创新才能加快工业绿色转型发展的步伐。工业绿色转型机制创新是一个由政府监管、市场调节、企业实施和公众参与的协同创新过程,最终形成有利于绿色转型的综合性战略框架体系。The characteristics of Guizhou＇s industrialization determine the restriction of many unfavorable factors in the industrial green transformation. Faced with challenges, only by combining green transformation with the specific stage of industrialization can we accelerate the transformation of industrial green transformation through mechanism innovation.Industrial green transformation mechanism innovation is a collaborative innovation process, which is government regulation,market regulation, enterprise implementation and public participation. Finally, a comprehensive strategic framework conducive to green transformation is finally formed.
