摘  要:探讨并线倍捻工序中产生股线单根扭结纱的原因,并提出改进措施。从单纱条干均匀度、单纱捻度、单纱号数、筒纱密度、设备状态、人员操作等因素进行了分析。在原料上选用马克隆值、产地相近的原棉,优化纺纱工艺;做好机台保养,降低捻度不匀率;做好不同纱线号数的筒纱管色管理;偏小掌握筒纱密度,减少出现分离纱的机会;及时关注槽筒状态、导纱杆状态、清纱板隔距大小、张力状态等,以保证张力一致;加强车间温湿度管理。通过采取以上一系列措施,有效减少了出现股线单根扭结纱的几率。认为:减少股线单根扭结纱有助于提高织机效率。The reasons for single ply entanglement generated during ply drawing process and double twisting process were discussed.The improvement measurements were also put forward.It was analyzed from the aspects of single yarn evenness,single yarn twist,single yarn fineness,cone yarn density,machine condition,personnel operation and so on.The raw cotton with close micronaire value and production place were selected as raw material.The spinning process was optimized.Machines were well maintained to reduce the twist unevenness.The cone yarns with different yarn fineness were managed through tube color management.The cone yarn density was smaller controlled to reduce the separated yarn.The groove drum condition,guide bar condition,size of yarn cleaning gauge,tension condition and so on were focused in time to ensure consist tension.The management of temperature and humidity in workshop was strengthened.By taking the above measures,the probability for ply entanglement were effectively decreased.It is considered that the reduction of single ply entanglement is beneficial to increase loom efficiency.
