摘 要:探讨接结纱线密度对间隔机织复合板材剪切性能的影响。用涤纶长丝加工了几种间隔机织物,选用聚氨酯泡沫作为填充材料对其进行填充,对织物面层进行树脂复合,制成三明治型复合板材,并测试了复合板材的剪切性能。结果表明:随着接结纱线密度的增大,复合板材的抗剪切性能增强;剪切过程中的载荷第一峰值并未随之显著增大,第二峰值不断增大。认为:应根据复合板材的实际应用要求选择合适的接结纱线密度。The influence of joint yarn linear density on the shear property of interval woven fabric composite board was discussed.Several interval woven fabrics were produced by polyester filament.It was filled with polyurethane foam as filling material.Resin was used for recombination on the surface layer.Sandwich type composite board was prepared.The shear property of composite board was tested.The test results showed that the antishear property of composite board was strengthened as the increase of joint yarn linear density.The first load peak value during shearing was not increased while the second value peak was continuously increased.It is considered that the joint yarn with suitable linear density should be selected according to the practical requirement of composite board.
