摘　　要：介绍了基于CAD软件的大提花织物的抽针工艺。以一款大提花织物为例,介绍了抽针的计算方法,并设计了抽针样卡;重点总结了生产过程中抽针纹板、分绞纹板、插筘纹板和上机纹板的绘制方法;最终解决了大提花织机固有装造只能生产单一经密品种的缺陷,提高了织机的使用范围。认为:根据织物经密设计最优的抽针工艺是关键。The needle-out process for jacquard fabric based on CAD software was introduced.One jacquard fabric was taken as an example.The calculation method for needle-out was introduced and the needle-out model was designed.The drawing method for needle-out pattern card,lease pattern card,reed insertion pattern card and weaving pattern card in production were emphasically summarized.The shortcoming for inherent installed jacquard loom that only single warp density variant could be produced was eventually solved.The usage field of loom was improved.It is considered that the design of optimized needle-out process according to fabric warp density is the key.
