摘  要:探讨新疆精梳长绒棉1.77tex集聚纱的纺纱工艺。分析了该纱的纺纱技术难点,对长绒棉原料、工艺流程、工艺参数和纺织器材进行了优化和优选。清梳联工序注重减少纤维损伤和有害杂质,保证纤维充分梳理和顺利转移;精梳工序重点控制纤维短绒率和纤维伸直度;并条工序控制棉结增长;粗纱和细纱工序重点控制断头;最终实现了较好的纺纱效果。认为:通过采取一系列工艺技术措施,采用新疆长绒棉单唛配棉,可以实现超细特纱的顺利生产。The spinning process of Xinjiang combed long staple cotton 1.77 tex condensed yarn was discussed.Spinning technical difficulties of this yarn were analyzed.The long staple cotton raw material,technology process,technology parameter and textile accessory were optimized.It was focused on reducing fiber injury and harmful impurity in blowing-carding,fiber carding and transfer were ensured.In combing process short fiber content and fiber straightness were focused.Neps increase was controlled in drawing process.In roving and spinning process broken ends were controlled mainly.The better spinning effects were realized by these measures.It is considered that the production of superfine condensed yarn with Xinjiang long staple cotton can be achieved by taking a series of technology measures.
