摘  要:总结一款消防服面料的设计生产要点。介绍了消防服的结构要求,设计了消防服面料的织物组织和规格;根据芳纶1313的性能特点,纺前对其进行预处理;合理设置各工序关键工艺参数,采取必要的技术措施,最终保证了产品的顺利生产。测试结果表明:织物的各项指标均高于GA10—2002《消防员灭火防护服》标准要求,达到了预期效果。认为:采用平纹格子组织、合适的经纬密和单位面积质量,能保证织物具有良好的防撕裂性和阻燃性。Design and key production points of a kind of fire-fighting suit were summarized.The structure requirements of fire-fighting suit were introduced,fabric structure and specifications of the fire-fighting suit were designed.According to the property of the aramid 1313 fiber,the fibers were pretreated before spinning.The key process parameters were set reasonably,the necessary technology measures were taken.Finally the successful production was ensured.The test results show that the indicators of the fabric are higher than GA 10-2002 Protective Clothing for Firefighters requirements,the expected effect was achieved.It is considered that the plain weave lattice structure,suitable warp and weft density and mass per unit area can ensure that the fabric has better tear resistance and flame retardancy.
