特宽幅剑杆织机的特点及其应用

摘　　要：总结特宽幅剑杆织机各机构的设计特点,并织造了工业滤布和防鸟网。为适应市场织造工业滤布和防鸟网等特宽幅织物的需求,探讨了特宽幅剑杆织机各机构的设计、组成和使用。总结了该织机主要机构的设计要点,介绍了织机的主要性能、技术参数,并归纳了相关设计、装配方面的注意事项。结果表明:该织机性能稳定,织造的织物可以满足用户要求。认为:针对织机幅宽过大的特点,对织机部分结构进行重新设计是研发的关键。The design features of special width rapier loom was summarized,industrial filter cloth and antibird net were wove.In order to meet the market demand for weaving industrial special width rapier fabrics such as industrial filter cloth and anti-bird nets,the design,composition and usage of special width rapier loom were discussed.The design key points of the main structure of the loom were summarized.The main performance and technology parameters of the loom were introduced,the relevant design and assembly considerations were summarized.The results show that the performance of the loom is stable,the woven fabric can meet user requirements.It is considered that the redesign of loom structure is the key to research and development for the feature of larger width loom.
