摘 要:介绍纺织品自动摩擦静电电荷面密度测试仪的结构特点与检测效果。探讨了目前国内外纺织品电荷面密度测试方法,分析了人工摩擦起电方式存在的问题,设计了将自动摩擦装置和静电电荷量测试整合为一体的纺织品自动摩擦电荷面密度测试仪,对比了不同摩擦起电方式、摩擦压力和摩擦次数下的纺织品电荷量。指出:自动摩擦电荷面密度测试仪能有效控制摩擦压力、次数、速度等摩擦条件,消除人工摩擦带来的差异。认为:该仪器的电荷量测试结果精确,可用于静电防护材料的静电测试。The structural features and detection effect of automatic frictional charge surface density tester were introduced.Test methods of current textiles charge surface density at home and abroad were discussed.The problems existing in the artificial friction method were analyzed.A textile automatic frictional charge surface density tester which integrating the automatic friction device and the electrostatic charge test was designed.Friction electrical charge,friction pressure and the number of friction charges of textiles were compared.It is pointed out that the automatic frictional charge surface density tester can effectively control friction conditions such as friction pressure,friction times and friction speed.And the differences caused by artificial friction can be eliminated.It is considered that the charge test results are accurate,the device can be used for electrostatic testing of electrostatic protection materials.
