摘  要:对定位桩插销孔处的结构进行研究,分析插销孔的应力及疲劳问题。首先分析插销孔处易发生断裂的定位钢桩的结构形式,对销孔处的结构提出2种改进方案;然后,对2种改进的插销孔进行强度计算,根据计算结果并结合实际生产确定出较好的结构形式;最后,对改进后的销孔进行疲劳分析,得到其疲劳寿命,并指出最易发生疲劳失效的部位。The structure around spud bolt hole is studied and the stress and fatigue of the bolt hole are analyzed. The structure of spud which is prone to fracture at the bolt hole is analyzed. Two improvements are proposed for the structure at the bolt hole. Strength calculations of the two improved bolt holes are then carried out and the better type is obtained according to the calculation results. Finally, fatigue analysis of the improved blot hole is made to obtain its fatigue life, and its weakest part is pointed out.
