摘 要:为降低中小造船企业承接修造船业务的门槛,基于现有移运方法的局限性,设计一种移船工艺装备。介绍该装备的总体设计方案,对其关键技术进行研究,并给出船舶移运的具体流程。船厂实际应用表明:该装备安全高效,可将船舶平稳地从水中移运到陆地维修改造或从陆地直接移运下水,移运时间相比进船坞时间节省80%左右,工作效率提高约4倍。该装备技术填补了国内10 000 t级以下船舶无需进船坞便可进行有效修理的空白,具有较强的应用价值。Based on the limitations of the existing transportation method, a ship craft equipment is designed which would lower the bar for small and medium shipbuilding enterprises to accept shipbuilding and maintenance business contracts. The overall design scheme of the equipment is introduced and the key technology is studied. The specific process of ship transport is analyzed. The actual application case in shipyard demonstrates that the equipment is safe with high efficiency and the ship can be moved from water to land smoothly for repair or maintenance, or moved from land back to water directly. Compared with the ship docking time, the procedure saves about 80% of the time. That is, the working efficiency is improved by four times. The equipment technology makes it possible to effectively repair ships of less than 10 000 t without docking, which fills in the blank field. It has great application value.
