摘  要:本文从情感结果预期和绩效结果预期的双路径分析视角出发,通过整合社会认知理论、精细加工模型、知识管理理论和自我效能理论探究科技引文行为的影响因素及科研工作者引文行为的内在认知过程。本文提出研究假设和模型,采用情境实验结合问卷访谈的实证方法,以华中地区8所高校的92个科研团队为研究样本,收集了369份有效问卷并利用Smart PLS2.0进行模型检验。结果显示,情感结果预期、绩效结果预期和引用自我效能均正向影响引用行为,引用自我效能对情感结果预期和绩效结果预期有正向影响作用;感知文献声誉显著影响情感结果预期,感知文献质量显著影响绩效结果预期;学术信息素养和团队领导支持对引用自我效能有正向影响的作用。Based on a dual-route perspective of the emotion outcome expectation and the performance outcome expectation, this paper aims to explore the factors and cognitive process of researchers' citation behavior by integrating social cognitive theory, elaboration likelihood model, knowledge management theory and self-efficacy theory. This paper proposes research hypothesis and theoretical model, and adopts the normative empirical research method that combines situational experiment and questionnaire interview to collect 369 effective questionnaires from 92 research teams in 8 universities of central China. Smart PLS2.0 is employed to verify the hypotheses and model. The results show that the emotion outcome expectation, the performance outcome expectation and the citation self-efficacy significantly affect researchers' citation behavior. The citation self-efficacy positively affects the emotion outcome expectation and the performance outcome expectation; perceived literature reputation significantly affects the emotion outcome expectation; and perceived literature quality significantly affects the performance outcome expectation. Academic information literacy and team leadership support have a positive impact on citation self-efficacy.
