摘  要:为了解我国蜱虫源埃里希体(Ehrlichia)的宿主分布及分子流行病学情况,于2016~2017年在内蒙古、黑龙江、吉林、浙江和海南等省份采集寄生于牛、羊、犬等蜱虫样品1000余只,根据采样年份、宿主、地点等因素随机取300份蜱虫按每5只为1组进行Ehrlichia分离鉴定和分子流行病学调查。PCR结果和测序数据显示,蜱虫样品中Ehrlichi。的总阳性率为10%(6株/60组),阳性率与时间、宿主、地点等因素密切相连;对所分离的6株牛蜱虫源Ehrlichia进行分子生物学鉴定发现,其中5株为犬埃里希体(E.canis),另外1株为反刍埃里希体(E.ruminantium)。结果表明,E.cnnis是当前的优势流行菌株,且广泛存在并寄生于各类动物的蜱虫中,通过蜱虫叮咬进而感染多种动物;因此有必要进一步进行E.canis的流调、疫苗的研发、杀虫等来阻断埃里希体病的流行。To investigate host distribution and molecular prevalence of Ehrlichia in China, more than 1 000 tick samples from body surface of farm cattle, goat, canine and rodents were captured between 2016 and 2017 in 5 regions of China. According to the sampling year, host, location and other factors, 300 ticks were randomly selected and per 5 ticks were conducted for isolation and molecular epidemiological investigation of Ehrlichia. PCR results and sequencing data displayed that the whole positive isolate rate of Ehrlichia in the sample of ticks was 10% (6 strains /60 groups)which was closely related to time,host,location and other factors. The molecular biological identification of the six Ehrlichia isolated from cattle ticks showed five of them were E. canis and the other one was E. ruminantium. The results showed that E. canis is a popular strain widely found in ticks, which can infect various kinds of animals by biting. Therefore, it is necessary to further carry out the epidemiological investigation of Ehrlichia, the development of the vaccine and the killing of insects to block the epidemic of Ehrlichosis.
