摘  要:为研究冷应激状态下大鼠肝细胞系的抗氧化水平,本试验选取3个时间点(0,4,8h)分别对大鼠肝细胞系进行32℃冷刺激,并分别对3个时间点细胞的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和Caspase-3的活性进行检测。结果发现,32℃冷刺激时,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性并无显著性变化,但有下降的趋势,而Caspase3在4h组的含量显著高于0,8h组(P〈0.05),8h纽的含量显著高于0h组(P〈0.05)。结果表明,冷应激很有可能对大鼠肝细胞系的抗氧化水平产生不利影响,从而引起细胞出现一系列异常变化,甚至会导致肝细胞凋亡,影响正常的肝细胞功能。For the study on cold stress state antioxidant levels in rat liver cell line,in this experiment,three time points(0 h,4 h and 8 h)were selected for cold stimulation to the rat liver cell lines at 32℃ ,and then the ceils superoxide dismutase(sod),catalase and the activity of Caspase 3 were inspected. The result showed that there was no significant change in the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase,but have a downward trend. The content of Caspase 3 in 4 h group was significantly higher than that of 0 and 8 h group(P〈0.05). The content in 8 h group was signifi cantly higher than that of 0 h group(P〈0.05). The experimental results showed that cold stress may be have the adverse effects on level of antioxidant of rat liver cell lines, causing liver cell apop- tosis,and normal function.
