摘  要:鉴于特高压交流输电系统深度降低操作过电压的迫切需求,及目前操作过电压常规限制措施——断路器加装合闸电阻和常规避雷器在经济性和运行可靠性方面存在的不足,提出一种自适应运行条件变化的操作过电压柔性限制方法。该方法的核心内容是将在变电站线路侧安装可控避雷器和在线路中部安装常规避雷器结合起来,深度降低操作过电压,取消断路器合闸电阻。可控避雷器技术是操作过电压柔性限制方法的核心,目前主要聚焦于特高压交流开关型可控避雷器技术研究。阐述了开关型可控避雷器技术的工作原理;给出特高压交流开关型可控避雷器的参数选择,包括额定电压、可控比、避雷器本体参数和控制单元(包括控制开关和控制器)参数等;研制出避雷器本体、控制单元和控制器;在此基础上,经过整体集成,研制出可控比为15%的特高压交流开关型可控避雷器样机。并对样机开展了电气性能试验研究,充分验证了开关型可控避雷器的可行性和可靠性。可控避雷器的研制成功为特高压交流输电系统操作过电压限制提供了一种新技术,可显著提高工程的经济性和可靠性。This paper puts forward a flexible method to depress switching overvoltage in view of urgent need of UHV AC transmission system to deeply depress switching overvoltage and shortcomings on reliability and economy of current methods including circuit breakers with closing resistors and conventional arresters. Core of the method is to install a controllable metal oxide arrester(CMOA) on line side of substation and a conventional metal oxide arrester in middle part of the line. The method can deeply depress switching overvoltage and cancel the closing resistor of the circuit breaker. CMOA technology is the core of the flexible method to depress switching overvoltage. At present, CMOA mainly focuses on research of UHVAC switch type controllable metal oxide arrester(ST-CMOA). This paper expounded working principle of CMOA technology. Parameters of UHV AC CMOA were chosen, including rated voltage, controllable ratio, arrester body parameters and controllable unit parameters, etc. The controllable unit included controllable switch and controller. Then, the arrester body, the controllable switch and the controller were developed. On this basis, after integration, a UHV AC CMOA prototype with controllable ratio 15% was developed. Electrical performance tests of the prototype were carried out. Feasibility and reliability of the switch type CMOA were fully verified. Success of the CMOA provides a new technology for depressing switching overvoltage on UHV AC transmission system. It can significantly improve economy and reliability of UHV AC project.
