摘　　要：围绕＂一带一路＂,以投资促进贸易发展,落实好区域协调发展,能够助推中俄木材贸易,前提需要弄清楚中俄木材贸易增长动力。＂一带一路＂提出之前,俄罗斯木材在中国市场地位有所变化。运用恒定市场分析模型,分析俄罗斯木材因新西兰木材竞争导致的市场地位变化,俄罗斯木材与新西兰木材竞争得失,确定中俄木材贸易发展的动力。显示：中国进口木材市场的增长促进俄罗斯木材对中国的出口增长;由于新西兰木材的竞争,俄罗斯木材在中国木材市场处于不利地位。中俄木材贸易应该从中俄木材贸易重点省份出台针对性的税收、财政支持政策,相关木材物流通道建设尽快落到实处等方向重点突破。Around＂The Belt and Road＂, promoting trade by investment, implementing the coordinated development of the region can help to promote Sino-Russian timber trade,but the premise is make clear the growth power on Sino-Russian timber trade. Market status of Russian timber had changed in China before＂The Belt and Road＂initiative were put forward. Analysis of changes in market position of Russian timber due to competition from New Zealand timber, and gain and loss of Russian timber VS New Zealand timber through the CMS model,looking for impetus to develop Sino-Russian timber trade. Research showed： The growth of China＇s import timber market had contributed to the growth of Russian timber exports to China. Due to competition of New Zealand timber, Russian timber was at a disadvantage in China＇s timber market. Breakthroughs should be made in the following areas to develop Sino-Russian timber trade： introduce targeted tax and financial support policies for SinoRussian timber trade, speed up the construction of Sino-Russian timber trade logistics channel construction etc.
