摘　　要：目的:对影像学检查在非创伤性急腹症诊断中的临床引用价值比较进行观察和探讨。方法:取2016年12月至2017年12月期间在此治疗的64例非创伤性急腹症患者进行研究,所有患者都进行超声、X线以及CT检查,观察并比较三种影像学检查方式的符合率。结果:CT影像检查的符合率高于其他两种,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:针对非创伤性急腹症采取合适的影像学检查是非常重要的,其能够缩短检查时间,值得推广。To observe and discuss the clinical reference value of imaging examination in the diagnosis of non traumatic acute abdomen. Methods from December 2016 to December 2017, 64 cases of non traumatic acute abdomen treated in this study were studied. All patients were examined by ultrasound, X-ray and CT. The coincidence rate of three imaging examinations was observed and compared. Results the coincidence rate of CT image examination was higher than that of the other two, and the difference was sta- tistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion it is very important to take appropriate imaging examination for non traumatic acute abdomen. It can shorten the time of examination, and it is worth popularizing.
