带蒂额瓣帽状腱膜修复累及前颅底及眶纸板的鼻腔鼻窦癌效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析带蒂额瓣帽状腱膜修复累及前颅底及眶纸板的鼻腔鼻窦癌效果。方法:回顾性分析我院自2007年1月至2017年5月治疗的5例累及前颅底及眶纸板的鼻腔鼻窦癌患者的临床资料,均采取带蒂额瓣帽状腱膜修复治疗,分析本组患者的手术治疗情况及预后。结果:本组5例患者均顺利完成手术,围术期未见颅内出血或血肿等严重并发症及死亡病例;随访半年,带蒂额瓣帽状腱膜存活率为100.00%,创面均一期愈合,带蒂额瓣各指标、带蒂额瓣良好,无带蒂额瓣坏死等并发症发生。结论:通过合理设计和规范操作,带蒂额瓣帽状腱膜可用于修复前颅底及眶纸板缺损,可恢复缺损处的形态、重建感觉功能,创伤性小、预后良好、疗效满意等优点,值得临床应用。to analyze the effect of repairing the nasal sinus carcinoma of the anterior cranial base and the orbital board with the pedicled cap aponeurosis.Methods：a retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2007 to May 2017,before the treatment of 5 cases of skull base and orbital cardboard nasal sinuses carcinoma patients with clinical data,all adopts pedicle frontal flap repair treatment of cap shape tendinous film, analyze the surgical treatment and prognosis of the patients.Results：all the patients in this group had successfully cornpleted the operation,and no serious complications such as intracranial hemorrhage or hematoma were seen in the perioperative period.After six months of follow-up, the survival rate was 100.00%, with the first stage of wound healing, the pedicled flap, the pedieled flap, and no pedicled flap necrosis, etc.Conclusion., through the reasonable design and specification operation, pedicle frontal lobe bonnet aponeurosis can be used to repair before the skull base and the orbital defect,cardboard can restore the defect shape, reconstruction, feel small traumatic,good prognosis and curative effect is satisfied, worthy of clinical application.
