规范化护理方案在提升卧床患者护理质量中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价规范化护理方案在提升卧床患者护理质量中的应用效果。方法基于证据总结和专家咨询法制订卧床常见并发症(压力性损伤、下肢深静脉血栓形成、肺部感染和泌尿系统感染)的规范化护理方案,对25所医院的护士进行规范化护理培训,并在临床推行,比较干预前后卧床患者并发症的发生率和护理满意度的差异。结果规范化护理方案实施后,压力性损伤、肺部感染和泌尿系统感染的发生率均有下降;患者对护士的解答与帮助、健康教育、基础护理、护理技术、康复指导和总体满意度得分均有提高,与方案实施前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论规范化护理有助于降低卧床患者常见并发症的发生率,提高卧床患者护理质量,提升患者满意度。Objective To evaluate the effects of standardized nursing on quality of nursing care among bedrid- den patients. Methods Standardized nursing for major complications of immobility（including pressure ulcer,lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,pulmonary infection,and urinary tract infection）was developed based on evidence summary and expert consultation. Nurses from 25 hospitals received training for standardized nursing,which was implemented in the clinical settings subsequently. Differences in incidence of complications and nursing care satisfaction before and after implementation were compared. Results After the implementation of standardized nursing, there was a decline in the incidence of pressure ulcer,pulmonary infection,and urinary tract infection. The overall satisfaction and domains in explanation and help,health education,fundamental nursing,nursing techniques,and rehabilitation guidance were improved and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The stan- dardized nursing can contribute to decreasing common complications,improving quality of nursing care,and increasing patient satisfaction among bedridden patients.
