当前小城镇城中村问题的探析及其出路的反思——以陕西杨凌城区改造前后的失地村为例

摘　　要：在对杨凌城区改造前后的失地城中村实地研究后发现,当前小城镇城中村所面临的问题以内外因所致的空间失序为主,其对失地村的区位、租房经济、内外联系、村民思想产生了不利的隐性影响。与此同时,参照大城市城中村改造的统一拆迁集中安置模式而建立的安置小区或村改居小区,虽在形态上完成了物质改造,但人的社会改造并未实现,反而滋生更多问题。故小城镇的城中村改造宜以有序的空间重构为重,强调村与城的自然融合。After the field research on the land-lost in Yangling district, it is found that the space disorder caused by the external cause is the main external cause of the problem, which has a negative influence on the location, the economy, the internal and external relations and the villagers＇ thinking of the village. At the same time, referring to the centralized resettlement mode of the transformation of urban villages in big cities, the resettlement areas or villages have been established. Although the material transformation has been completed in form, the social transformation of people has not been realized, and it breeds more problems. Therefore, the paper thinks that the reconstruction of urban villages in small towns should be based on the orderly space reconstruction, emphasizing the natural integration of the village and the city.
