摘  要:目的:探讨"478呼吸法"对改善耳鸣患者失眠症状的临床效果。方法:选取2016年12月至2017年12月复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院收治的因耳鸣出现失眠的患者80例,随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。2组患者均实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上教授"478呼吸法"辅助睡眠。干预2个月后比较观察2组患者的入睡时间、睡眠时间以及睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者的入睡时间早于对照组、睡眠时间长于对照组、睡眠质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠质量的改善情况明显高于对照组(P=0.000),患者睡眠恶化情况比例明显低于对照组(P=0.017)。结论:针对耳鸣患者实施"478呼吸法"辅助睡眠,能够显著改善耳鸣患者的睡眠质量。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of 478 breathing method on improving insomnia in tinnitus patients. Methods: From December 2016 to December 2017,80 patients with insomnia caused by tinnitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group. "478 breathing method"was taught in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing. After two months of intervention,the time of falling asleep,the time of sleep and the quality of sleep were compared between the two groups. Results: The sleep quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05),the improvement of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P = 0. 000),and the proportion of sleep deterioration in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P = 0. 017). Conclusion: The sleep quality of tinnitus patients can be improved by 478 breathing method.
