耳穴贴压联合柴胡疏肝散治疗肝胃气滞型胃溃疡及失眠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴贴压联合柴胡疏肝散治疗肝胃气滞型胃溃疡及失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年10月至2017年10月秦皇岛市中医医院门诊收治的由于肝胃气滞所致的胃溃疡患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组奥美拉唑肠溶片口服,治疗组应用柴胡疏肝散加减联合耳穴贴压进行治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%;对照组为81.7%;两者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组。治疗组与对照组1年复发率分别13.7%和19.2%,两者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的复发率低于对照组。治疗组睡眠质量优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压联合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃气滞型胃溃疡效果优于西药治疗组,且复发率低。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupoint plaster and chaihu Shugan powder in treating gastric ulcer and insomnia of liver and stomach qi stagnation type. Methods： From October 2015 to October 2017 in Qinhuangdao City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient treated 120 cases due to liver and stomach qi stagnation caused by the gastric ulcer patients,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets oral treatment group application Chai Hu Shu Gan powder combined with auricular point sticking therapy,observe the treatment effect of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 93. 3 g in the treatment group and 81. 7 in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were 13. 7% and 19. 2%,respectively. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the sleep quality of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of auricular point plaster combined with chaihu Shugan powder on gastric ulcer with Qi stagnation of liver and stomach was better than that of western medicine group,and the recurrence rate was low.
